Our stay was centrally located near the city center, with everything just a few blocks away, making it convenient. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hot water was available 24/7, and we had a great view of the surrounding volcanoes from our room.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and inconvenient as we had to sit in the public reception to access it.

Our stay was enjoyable because of friendly staff who made us feel welcome. We liked the excellent location, just a short distance from the city center and the lake. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We also loved the scenic view from our room, which added a special touch to our city trip.
